Inspired by @CarolRoullardArt I thought I'd have a go at photographing some crystals with polarised light. It turns out to be harder than I thought but I got one ok shot:
They are citric acid, sodium sulphate, urea and vanilin but I muddled up the slides so I don't know which are which. Doh.
